I work with all types of patients, including those who have never been in therapy. Therapy can seem intimidating, but I will work to see that you feel comfortable and safe. It's important to feel trust in your therapist, so I welcome your feedback as to how I can better help you. Psychotherapy should be individualized; one size does not fit all. Rather than force a patient to fit into a preconceived type of therapy, I tailor my interventions to be the most useful to you. I am fluent in several schools of therapy and can be flexible to fit your needs. I have been in private practice for 25 years. My office is in an older and comfortable office building in a quaint and relaxed neighborhood. Anonymity is assured in my setting.
