Everyone faces difficult times in their life. As a therapist I am trained to help people work through those times and learn coping skills and how to use them to overcome depression, anxiety and life's challenges. During my years of training and life experience I have learned to work with children, adolescence, teens, adults, couples, and families. I am dedicated to working with those who need help in learning how to cope and overcome traumatic experiences. I have years of experience working with children and families and specialize in the techniques of play therapy. During play therapy toys, games, or other activities are provided as a way to help the client express feelings and past trauma experiences. I am also trained in techniques to help with trauma, depression, and behavioral issues. I provide a safe, supportive, and confidential environment where someone can trust me with helping them overcome and work through these situations.
