We utilize the Solution Focused Breif Therapy Approach where we will encourage you to talk about your thoughts, feelings and behaviors in a safe environment which you may explore in the present moment. Goals will be established that are co-created by you and this therapist, and therapy will focus on helping you find solutions to reach those goals.
