I believe people come to therapy for many reasons but their overall goal is to improve upon themselves and their lives. I know this can be achieved by gaining a certain level of self-understanding. I enjoy supporting my client's journey through this process of self discovery. I have been trained in multiple therapeutic approaches (e.g. psychodynamic psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and chemical dependency treatment). I have also specialized in child/adolescent development. I enjoy working in a variety of modalities: parent guidance, child therapy, adult therapy, family therapy and couples therapy.
