My approach is to meet my clients "where they are in life" and help them learn what they can control vs. what they can't control. I teach clients how to develop coping strategies to gain control over their thoughts and behaviors while learning how to let go of what they can't control. I use a Cognitive Behavioral approach to help clients manage stress, adapt to life transitions, and understand the underlying causes of their problems. I am goal oriented and want my clients to walk away from their sessions with learning tools they can apply toward any problem. Phone, email, and face-time sessions available.
