I work from the perspective that you come to therapy knowing what issues you would like to address. It is my job to help you articulate those issues as concrete, achievable goals so that we can work together to help you meet them. I use an integrative approach which allows me to draw on many different disciplines to help confront anything you enter therapy wanting to deal with from coping with past trauma or addiction to just learning to function better with daily stress.
