I specialize in working with adolescents/adults dealing with chronic-long term illness, grief/loss, infertility, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. My relaxed presence, creative exploration and sincere interest make it easy for me to connect with people of all ages and backgrounds. I am a trained Certified Trauma Professional, Trained EMDR Therapist, and Grief Recovery Specialist. I am a cancer survivor and have dealt with my own fertility issues. I feel this allows me to have a deeper understanding and sensitivity, while respecting each individual's journey and process. I use a holistic approach focusing on mind-body connection.
