We all have challenges. Young people have particular struggles as they decide who they are and what they want to do. But even adults with life experience need to sort through life's complications, or maybe finally address some of those lingering things from long ago. From problems with depression, anxiety, anger, or past trauma, to relationship and family problems, deciding on a new direction in life, or rebuilding after a break-up, I help teenagers and adults sort things out. I am a Developmental Psychologist and Counselor who takes a positive and holistic approach to life. By helping people tap into their natural strengths and helping individuals understand the information their feelings are providing them, I assist people to make happy and healthy choices that are right for them.
