Therapy is different for everyone. I believe one of the most important aspects of successful work in therapy comes from the strength of the client/therapist relationship. The process of solving emotional and relational problems can be intimidating, and very rewarding. I work with individuals, couples and families to help them discover their strengths and build on them.
