I provide private, customized counseling and Recovery Coaching for men, women and adolescents struggling with alcohol, and drugs (prescription and recreational). I am a licensed substance abuse counselor, recovery coach, and life strategist. My many years of working in the field of addiction treatment, as well as my personal journey, have led me to develop an individualized, solution-based, and gentle approach to recovery. I do not just sit back and listen during counseling sessions. I will hear you and heed what you've shared. We will work together to develop strategies for coping with challenging issues and situations. I will support you through your journey. Whether you are contemplating Substance Abuse Treatment or have experienced some form of rehabilitation, Recovery Coaching will help you abstain from your destructive behaviors, elevate your self-esteem, accomplish your goals, and restore your emotional stability. Sessions are PRIVATE and DISCREET. Appointments are focused around your busy schedule. No one will know that you are receiving help, unless you choose to share your journey.
