The Center for Relationship and Sexual Wellness offers individual and couples therapy for adults. My approach to therapy is to join you in the change process with compassion and respect. In addition to general mental health therapy, I have extensive training and experience working with individuals who have experienced trauma, research based couples therapy, sexual health, and issues of social awareness. I work with couples to recognize patterns that damage their relationship and develop new skills to manage conflict in healthy ways. For couples on the brink of divorce, I offer Discernment Counseling. Unlike typical marriage counseling, Discernment Counseling helps couples gain clarity and confidence about the direction of their relationship and possibilities for the future. My training and experience is unique in the area of sexual health. I offer research based, cutting edge treatment, for individuals/couples struggling with issues such as chronic infidelity, sexting, and pornography use.
