I have over fifteen years of experience working in the mental health field. My experience includes working in the areas of Disability Services, Career Planning, Domestic Violence, Child Abuse and Neglect, Couples, Personal, and Group Counseling. I have extensive experience working with Depression, Anxiety and Crisis situations including Sexual Assault and Suicidal Ideation. Therapy requires your active involvement and efforts to change your thoughts, feelings and behaviors.
