What we experience in life both past and present shapes who we are, how we think and how we interact with and respond to the world around us. Our experiences can affect the quality of our lives, psychotherapy helps us identify, understand and work through experiences that affect us in ways that are not beneficial to leading happy, fulfilling lives. Working in collaboration with my clients I help them to develop new insights and new coping strategies in a supportive, accepting and respectful atmosphere. I work with a variety of issues, including grief and loss, chronic illnesses and injury, depression, Bipolar Depression, anxiety, PTSD, abuse survivors, adult ADHD, life transitions, pregnancy/postpartum issues, divorce, peer relationships and romantic relationship/couple's issues
