My therapeutic style is comfortable and relaxed while remaining engaged and focused on client progress. While I enjoy working with individuals and couples, I particularly have a passion for working with children and families. I utilize a family system approach, which encourages sessions with parents and children, alone and together. I also offer another unique approach to therapy by discussing overall health and wellness. I am a certified personal trainer, certified through NCCPT as well as a high school PE teacher. For 10+ years I have worked with teenage athletes both coaching volleyball, personal training sessions, and discussing nutrition plans.
