Life can be hard sometimes. You may be struggling to resolve a particular life stressor, and feel alone in this struggle. Together we can identify effective ways to cope, heal, and grow in your life. I have experience (15 yrs) working with clients facing eating disorders (anorexia, bulimia, binge/compulsive eating), weight loss, life transitions, women's issues, mood issues, pre-marital and marriage counseling, grief, depression, anxiety, unplanned pregnancy, spiritual growth, self-esteem, etc. I enjoy working with individuals, families, and couples. I enjoy incorporating my Christian faith into counseling as the client requests this. I am looking forward to working with you, and helping you grow in your goals.
