Evening and weekend hours are available. I look to provide support, solutions, and life long coping skills for clients. It takes an act of courage to come to counseling. I look to provide a place where clients can talk about their concerns without being judged. I see individuals for a variety concerns including: anger, anxiety, depression, abuse, work/academic stress, medical, aging, and addiction. I work with couples to promote healthy communication, trust, and intimacy. I look to find answers and solutions to help your children succeed at school and within the family through use of individual and family counseling. I use interventions that are supported by professional experience of 17 years. I specialize working with clients who have experienced shame, guilt, anxiety, relationship, family and addiction concerns. Also, I have specialized contracts with working with ASU students, Aurora Hospital and Military personnel. I received my education in Chicago. My practice is unique as it is a place to grow and to heal. I provide EMDR therapy for any form of trauma endured throughout life. I facilitate a Caregiver's Group. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Illinois and Arizona. I earned National Golden Key honors in college.
