I provide psychotherapy services that are specific for each individual. My psychotherapy services span from therapy for depression and anxiety disorders; including trauma related disorders resulting from sexual and physical abuse, to parenting support, couples counseling, and beyond. My therapy approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I also am able to offer an integrative approach using EMDR, Hypnosis, and other experiential techniques that allows me to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each of my client's individual needs to help attain the personal growth they're striving for.
