The majority of people I see are facing serious stumbling blocks to dealing effectively with their problems in living, troubling life events, relational conflicts, or family issues. The problem persists, but they are unable to see solutions; efforts to cope are unproductive or else misfire; they are badly stuck! Such a crisis leads to disruption, hurt, anger, low morale, symptoms of anxiety or depression, and downward spirals. My goal in brief therapy is to first help you and yours to get back up to par; then solve your problems. I offer the full range of psychological services. Some other areas of emphasis include: testing and evaluation, Court-related work; ADHD,LD's,DD's; trauma and grief work; couples and family therapy, and pain management training. I'm glad to answer questions regarding your unique needs. I welcome persons from all walks of life and situations. I have had the honor and privilege of working with combat Vets; children and adults in school, ICF/MR, mental health, mental and medical hospital, rehabilitation, and pain settings. My private practice is in a cozy turn-of-the-century house.
