As a licensed professional therapist I am specifically trained to help people develop new solutions to life's problems. My goal is to help you live the best life possible. I specialize in working with people struggling with parenting, relationship issues, mood disorders, trauma, and life transitions. My approach is active and direct with caring and creative exploration. Together, we will focus our time and resources towards helping you move forward in a positive direction. Counseling for adults and children (ages 5-13). I have been trained to work with children, in specialized ways that help them work through issues with school, life difficulties, and traumas. I have a small practice which allows me to give extra time and and attention to each client.
