Parents, ever feel like you could use some extra support making decisions and raising children? I am here for you. Helping families support each other where everyone feels validated, is my joy. Individuals, parents, adults, teens and kids. I love to work with individuals and families of all ages. Teen and pre-teen years are a very tender time. I can be that outside confidential support your child may need. Children's yoga is also something I find is a great complement to a child's therapy. I am a Christian and my practice shows it.
