I believe we all possess the necessary skills and knowledge to deal with most of what life gives us. Sometimes, we need help from a professional to sort out what is needed and to see more clearly. I have a specialty in substance abuse issues, depression, mood disorders, parenting and EAP services. Clients will be treated with respect and dignity in a warm and welcoming environment.
