I enjoy supporting individuals on their life journey. As human beings we learn that life is not filled with perfection but with connection. I assist clients in learning how to develop healthy coping skills and learn to face challenges as they come. I have worked with women and adolescents in a residential eating disorder treatment center. I have assisted women in learning how to process through emotions, learn that it is OK to be vulnerable, begin the process of identifying who they are without their eating disorders, and learn to have healthy relationships again. I am a down to earth person and want to assist my clients in the best way possible. I will work with my client to find the technique that works best.
