My client's desires for therapy stem from a variety of reasons such as grief, divorce, children experiencing difficulty in school, adjustment to adult life challenges, trauma, and addiction, to name a few. Treatments(3 convenient offices) that include: Biofeedback for stress, pain management, Hypnosis for addictive and noxious habits, and CBT to increase cognitive problem resolution. Most recently, I have become certified in Energy Psychology(Diplomat status,ACEP) Be Set Free Fast (BSFF) which specializes in anxiety and panic problems, traumas of all sorts, depression, OCD, IBS, headaches, test anxiety, and performance anxiety. We are all meant to reach our highest level of excellence in all aspects of our lives from a holistic perspective of balance with our mind, body, and spirit. I continually seek to master the most efficient and innovative therapies available. I specialize in short-term therapy aimed at long-term benefits. Additionally, I provide a monthly radio show (WHIN 1010 AM) which is live at 7:10 AM, the last Thursday of each month. Also I provide local programs as well as seminars and training opportunities both in the United States and Internationally.
