My practice centers on improving how my clients feel about themselves. This usually begins by our working together to help you and I understand what is really underneath the negative behaviors, relationships or feelings that are creating dissatisfaction in your life. Many of my clients come to me struggling with alcohol and substance abuse, eating disorders and weight related issues, self harm and feelings of emotional abandonment. I believe strongly that each of my clients comes through the door doing the very best that they can given where they are in that moment. I feel that it is through an unconditionally supportive relationship with me that they can learn to become their own best self. My practice is situated in an integrative center that offers a complete spectrum of wellness services, including acupuncture, nutrition support services, cranio-sacral therapy and intensive case management services for individuals that may want to explore the benefits of more than just traditional psychotherapy.
