Choosing to begin therapy is not easy. Life brings many challenges and it can be helpful to have support during transitional times. Working as a National Certified Counselor and Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern, my passion is helping others develop skills to find balance and healing. Understanding that every situation is unique, I create an individual care plan to help meet your specific goals.I work with children, parents, teens and adults. My approach to therapy involves a family systems perspective and cognitive behavioral techniques. There is hope and change is possible. My experience highlights autism spectrum disorders and anxiety. I have over 10 years experience in these areas working with children and their parents. I also specialize in self-esteem issues, depression, developing social skills, as well as processing divorce and grief. I offer flexible office hours by appointment.
