Do you have trouble connecting with your teenager? Is your child getting in trouble at school? Do they seem anxious or depressed? I work with many parents and their children to help work through the difficult issues many children and teens face while growing up. I work with children and teens individually as well as working with the whole family. Parenting and co-parenting can be challenging when children are exhibiting difficult behaviors. I work with parents to create consistent boundaries throughout their households to better manage their children. I work with teens on various issues including anxiety, depression, peer issues, and post high school planning. In addition to working with parents and teens, I utilize many play therapy techniques when working with children individually. Children express themselves through the language of play and I meet them where they are by creating a safe space for self expression through art and play.
