Commonly, anxiety disorders, depression including post-partum depression, mood disorders including bipolar, substance abuse, and co-occurring disorders.I utilize a wide variety of evidence-based therapy models including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). Bowen Family Systems and Narrative Therapy are also utilized, which are both highly effective in the treatment of anxiety and depression.
