As a licensed psychologist, my job is to help you become aware of your obstacles and help you move through them. Of course, sometimes moving forward requires recovering from past hurt. In treatment, my overarching goal is to provide a warm and supportive environment for you to explore and heal. The most important aspect of our work together is the establishment of a trusting relationship. Together, we will listen for and identify what is holding you back and help you develop tools for change. You will discover new energy that allows you to live a more fulfilling life. I treat adolescents and adults with a wide variety of problems ranging from life transitions to more enduring conditions.
