I work very well with young couples and women. I work with an attachment lens and am very focused on building a safe environment for my clients in which change can occur. I am also very comfortable working with adolescents and college-age individuals. I have experience using Emotionally-Focused Couples Therapy and have seen significant success in many of my couples' relationships. Also, as a young person myself, I have a unique ability to connect with young adults who are navigating the difficult waters of independence and maturity. I am very comfortable integrating faith perspectives into therapy if the client so desires. I am creative and willing to try multiple approaches in therapy in order to be sure the client achieves his or her personal goals.
