I utilize multiple evidenced based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and am a Eclectic therapist, allowing me to draw from multiple theories to address the diverse issues facing my clients. I specialize in treating Oppositional Defiance Disorder, Anxiety, Anger Management, Depression, Women's Issues, Relationship issues, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Divorce and other trauma related issues.
