Together we will work to develop the emotional safety and support you need to make the changes you want. I know it can be hard to make changes and even hard to ask for help sometimes. I offer a compassionate, welcoming and affirming perspective backed up with tools and skills for problem resolution. I specialize in working with LGBTQ individuals and couples, gifted adults and parenting gifted children, trauma resolution, elders and dual-diagnosis. I also see many clients wanting to address and resolve life transitions (expected and unexpected), depression, anxiety, grief and loss, stress, and relationship concerns (work, social, family, and romantic). I am comfortable working with clients for short term problem resolution and longer standing concerns relating to family of origin, trauma, or addiction related issues.
