My approach to therapy is to establish a relationship built on trust and safety. I find it imperative to create a therapeutic environment that allows for open communication and freedom to be oneself. I work from a nonjudgmental lens with a genuine and empathetic concern for all my clients. I empower my clients to reach their desired goals through working at their own pace while supplying the tools needed to met their needs. I have experience working with couples, families and individuals dealing with a multitude of issues such as: communication problems, infidelity, sexual intimacy issues, anger, grief and loss, gender role confusion, low self worth/self esteem, trauma, sexual abuse, suicide ideation, school behavioral problems, anxiety, depression, personality disorders. I also work well with the adolescent population. I am a compassionate and genuine person who is dedicated to improving the lives of others.
