I also practice Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a technique/tool that focuses on how thoughts become feelings that result in behaviors. I am trained to work with Transgender issues and qualified to write hormone replacement and gender reassignment letters. I offer a sliding scale ($75.00-$100/hour) for clients who do not, or choose not, to work with insurance.
