Are you having problems with your child or teen? Is it difficult to communicate with them and do you worry about the choices they are making? Together, we can work on bettering the relationship you have and improve the quality of your or your child's life. My experience in many clinical arenas ranging from residential facilities to outpatient settings will help us meet these goals. My theoretical style is eclectic but I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral techniques to treat many issues. I enjoy working with all ages of clients from adolescents to adults. My specialties include oppositional defiant behaviors, ADHD, depression, anxiety disorders, family relational problems, children of divorced parents, career counseling, and teen and college athletes. My goal is to find practical solutions that improve the quality of life for my clients and their families. Nothing is more important than developing an honest and genuine relationship with someone during a difficult time in their life.
