I believe that you can find your life purpose and live your life to your fullest and I am here to support you in that process. I have a holistic approach to therapy since I see the person as an interconnection between mind, body and spirit. I will work with you keeping this in mind and I'll guide you though strengthening these areas and connections. I am an EMDR Certified Therapist so I specialize in working with trauma and other mental illness such as: Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar, etc. I firmly believe that trauma is at the root of all mental mental health issues that is why we work on targeting the core of your current symptoms to help you bypass them which will totally shift your current view of yourself and the world towards your best interest. Will do this by utilizing an evidenced-based and the most efficient therapy to resolve trauma: EMDR, by working in mood regulation, interpersonal relationships, distress tolerance and by using mindfulness techniques. I am also a Certified Yoga Teacher so I will use some meditations that will enhance your healing if I believe this is required.
