No one is an island, and sometimes we can feel as though we are. Meeting with a supportive listener eases the aloneness. And speaking what's true for us within a safe environment is often the key to hearing and understanding ourselves more clearly. Usually our answers are within us. We just may need help finding them. I have a general practice and have clients dealing with life transitions, anxiety, depression, relationship, work and sexual identity issues. I feel my skills are most focused with the treatment of survivors of sexual, emotional and physical abuse. I work from my home and have pets so anyone who has allergies might want to take that into consideration before calling me.
