Planting the Seeds of Hope in Our Community Legacy Health and Wellness began as a seed planted by a team of dedicated professionals who share the belief that healing and growth has the power to change the entire legacy of a family. We have a client centered focus that uses a team approach within the agency as well as with our community partners to assist clients in making changes in their lives. Our therapists include Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Marriage and Family Therapists, Certified Professional Counselors, and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselors. All have years of experience working with our diverse population. At Legacy, therapists work closely with Basic Skills and Psychosocial Rehabilitation providers to ensure the therapeutic process is complimented by our behavioral health services. Each bring years of experience in a variety of treatment settings, with a diverse population. Using an integrated approach to therapy, Legacy's clinical team uses eclectic methodology including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Play Therapy, and Contextual Therapy when appropriate. Legacy's clinical team has extensive experience providing therapeutic services in the form of individual, group, couples, and family sessions for those challenged by mental health disorders, substance abuse/dependency, co-occurring disorders, and Child Protection Services involvement.
