Everyone struggles with life at some point. Negative life events, failing relationships, and our life own choices can have an impact on our mood, happiness, and sense of self. The goal of therapy is to help you achieve happiness, satisfaction, and success in your life. I provide a supportive atmosphere for clients to safely and openly reflect on their life and seek solutions that may have been difficult to see before therapy. Reducing stress, anxiety, sadness, and anger can help to improve your overall wellbeing and increase your effectiveness in the world. I graduated from Nova Southeastern University with my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, with a concentration in Forensics. I specialize in testing and conduct individual, family, and group therapy with children, adolescents, and adults. I treat depression, anxiety, panic attacks, substance use, behavior problems, re-entry education, traumatic experiences, anger management, interpersonal difficulties, and parenting skills. I have a passion for conducting group therapy. Group therapy provides the ability to gain insight into our interpersonal experiences, improve our general well-being, and create the basis for lasting changes. Group therapy is evidenced-based and generally more affordable than individual therapy. Call today to register for a group that fits your needs.
