I utilize various methods including a humanistic/ and cognitive behavioral (CBT) framework, and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Dialectical Behavioral (DBT), meditation, energy psychology, and EFT. I hold a Ph.D. and LMHC with 10+ years of experience as a psychotherapist. I use methods that are proven by research (CBT, mindfulness, EMDR, etc).
