In our time together, we will identify measurable and achievable goals, plan a path for achieving those goals, and work towards maintaining your new life position. We will work to identify your strengths and to utilize those strengths as tools in your journey for growth and change. I am a Nationally Certified Counselor and an Associate Licensed Counselor. I received a Master of Education in Counseling from the University of Montevallo. I have worked in various settings addressing issues including eating disorders, anxiety, depression, interpersonal conflict, weight and body image issues, career planning, and stress management. I believe the first step in effective counseling is setting a clear and attainable goal. Once the overall goal is set, mini-goals or progress markers that will bring the client closer to the desired outcome are identified and pursued. Offering Saturday and Sunday appointments for your convenience.
