Do you feel that life feels out of control or difficult? Or perhaps you see your child's behaviors and wonder what went wrong and how you can help. These are signs that we may benefit from work focused on getting our lives, relationships, and behaviors back on track. I work with individuals and families to establish a vision of what they want their lives to look like, and examine where the vision isn't matching up to reality. We can then move toward committing to steps which will help you conquer barriers to living your valued life. My work with people in every stage of life incorporates years of training in areas from depression and anxiety to family relationships and trauma. I have also worked extensively with people struggling with issues like self-harming, substance use and other problem behaviors. Although I enjoy working with every client and have extensive experience with families and adults, I place emphasis on my ability to build relationships with pre-teens, teenagers, and younger adults who are making difficult life transitions, grappling with new responsibilities, or relationships.
