Summer is a season of growth and change. Although sometimes difficult, without these tendencies we would remain stuck. If you are experiencing difficulty during this season and need some guidance, nourishment, and care, try reaching out for a little help. I am both a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Licensed Chemical Dependency Professional wanting to help you to help yourself. I have two offices, one in Wickford and one on Block island. My focus is you and what works for you. Please call me to set up an appointment . I look forward to meeting you. During your session we'll integrate a variety of techniques to meet your needs. These may include traditional talk therapy, walk/talk therapy ( a combination of traditional therapy and walking), meditation/mindfulness practice, or other type of support that meets your needs I'll provide support to help you address life challenges while simultaneously addressing the health of your body, mind, and spirit. I accept Blue Cross, Optum, United Healthcare, Harvard Pilgram, Humana. My cash based rate ranges from 80$-120$ per hour with flexibility.
