Therapeutically, I work with individuals who are experiencing personal, family and/or behavior difficulty. These may include children, teens, parents or couples and young adults who for one reason or another are experiencing a higher degree of conflict or stress and find it difficult to manage at this time. My clinical approach is to explore with you your life history, the current situation or events in your life that brings you in for therapy at this time. We will establish goals for our work and embark on a journey together. Among my training experiences are: working with kids and adults who have trauma/neglect histories and have attachment difficulties in the context of foster, adoption and kinship issues. Also, working with families or young adults who struggle to communicate, get along or are hindered by challenging life situations and need a professional to help them.
