I am a licensed clinical psychologist with over 20 years of professional experience. I enjoy working with people of various ages and from all walks of life. I have worked with people on a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, parenting and relationship problems. In my work, I help people identify and explore the ways they experience themselves and their patterns of relating to others. We explore coping styles as well as obstacles getting in the way. In a supportive, empathic environment, this self-awareness and discovery can lead to profound and enduring change. I received training at Columbia University, Yeshiva University and NYU. I am trained in psychodynamic and psychoanalytic approaches, and also have training in short term, problem focused therapy and techniques.
