For over 10 years, I have helped people through difficult life transitions and make positive changes in their lives. Psychotherapy can be an incredible experience that supports you during a hard time or helps you change a life-long pattern. As a client, the most important thing to look for is a relationship that feels like a good fit for you. I work with adults who are depressed, anxious, going through life transitions (perinatal, divorce, job loss), have difficult interpersonal relationships or struggle with substance abuse. I'm a licensed clinical psychologist who trained in New York City. I currently teach and supervise trainees on psychotherapy in order to keep my own practice fresh and lively. My personal style is active and engaged. Initiating psychotherapy is a big step and you want to find the right person.
