I enjoy working with clients that are motivated for change. I have 20 years of experience in counseling adults and teenagers challenged with anger management issues, grief and loss, and self harming behaviors. I enjoy helping these young adults sharpen their life skills in order to successfully navigate through their family, school, and life conflicts. I work with adults/ teenage clients to gain cognitive, emotional and behavioral skills to increase their quality of life. I utilize the strengths perspective to elicit change. I have worked with couples to effectively engage in conflict resolution. I have addressed goals of a vision in marriage to increase satisfaction in the relationship and stability.
