I provide a safe, nurturing space so that clients can look within and process, let go, heal and grow in life changing ways. I focus on individual struggles with anxiety, depression, self esteem, sense of purpose and employment; marriage and family issues, including conflict between partners and parents and children; personal and spiritual growth including meditation and breath work. My work is spiritually sensitive calling on the client's spiritual perspective as a therapeutic resource if the client desires. My perspective is informed by my background as a therapist, pastor, yoga teacher, Nutrition educator and meditator. I invite clients to look at the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of ourselves that contribute to our healing and growth. Besides being a Clinical Social Worker, I am also an ordained Presbyterian Pastor, a Registered Yoga teacher, Advanced Reiki practitioner and Certified Nutrition Coach/Health Educator. The Samaritan Counseling Center is committed to serving all clients regardless of need or perspective.
