I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 15 years of experience working with individuals, children, families and couples, helping them to develop strategies and techniques to cope with feelings of depression, anxiety, stress, loneliness, anger, and frustration. Teaching clients better communication skills and improving relationships and developing a greater sense of self worth. I use a person-centered approach to working with clients in an effort to help them achieve their goals.
