My therapeutic approach focuses on healing the mind, body, and spirit. Therapy is a collaborative process in which my clients and I seek to better understand obstacles interfering with overall well-being. I use a strengths-based approach and integrate proven therapeutic techniques within a supportive environment for clients to attain personal goals. Depression, anxiety, substance abuse, eating disorders, adjustment, and relationship difficulties are some of the concerns I address with individuals and families. I see clients in our Kaukauna, Menasha, and Oshkosh offices.
