I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 25 years of experience working with children, adolescents and adult clients. I am experienced in individual, group and family therapy and with most emotional issues including parent training, depression, anxiety and Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder. I specialize in establishing therapeutic action goals early in the sessions to insure the client's maximum benefit which is reflective of the cognitive/behavioral model. Three days a week I am in two diocese schools offering counseling, information/referrals and social skills training. My training to maintain licensure is in the area of Children/Youth developmental concerns. I currently see clients in the Bellefonte office of Catholic Charities. I also meet with clients in State College. Counseling services are open to all. A sliding fee scale is based on gross income and begins with a $5.00 fee. No one is turned away due to inability to pay.
